My story didn’t begin with a method.
It began with trying to understand myself.
For a long time, I experienced the world through anxiety, self-doubt, chronic people pleasing and a quiet sense that something in me needed to be fixed. On the outside, I learned how to achieve, perform and hold it all together. But inside, there were many different voices pulling me in different directions.
Eventually, I reached a point where I knew something had to shift.
What followed was a deep path of self-discovery. A journey to free myself from what was holding me back… the voices in my head.
Instead of trying to silence those voices, I became curious about them.
What if they weren’t the problem?
What if they were trying to protect me?
What if there was something underneath all of it that was worth listening to?
With a background in Psychology and Performing Arts, I spent years exploring the layers of the psyche and what it means to live a life that feels peaceful, creative and truly aligned. Alongside this, I’ve worked in the mental health sector for over 15 years, training in Voice Dialogue and the Hearing Voices Approach, and learning from leading psychotherapists and performance coaches from around the world.
Creativity became a turning point.
Over 10 years ago, I created my one-woman show, “The Voices Of Tali”, where I brought my inner voices to life on stage. Performing to sold-out audiences across Australia, I began to see the power of expression, not just as performance, but as healing.
From there, my work evolved.
I began developing and teaching The Voices Of method, supporting others to explore their inner world, release limiting beliefs and reconnect with their true voice in a way that is creative, embodied and transformative.
Since then, I’ve guided hundreds of people through this process. Not by fixing or removing parts of themselves, but by helping them build a new relationship with what’s already there.
Because healing, for me, has never been about becoming someone new.
It’s about learning how to be with all parts of yourself.
The anxious parts.
The critical parts.
The protective parts.
The younger parts.
And the part of you that already knows who you are.
When we learn how to listen, something shifts.
There is more space.
More clarity.
More freedom.
If you’re wanting to move beyond the voices that hold you back and reconnect with the voice that feels true, grounded, and yours…
You’re in the right place…
