Self love for me now is:
Showing up even when I don’t FEEL like it
Sticking to my word
Allowing my feelings to move through without judging or trying to fix/solve anything
Not giving advice when I haven’t been asked for it
Having a part time job
Surrendering and stop thinking I know a better way
Praying for god’s will, not mine
Building a routine and structure that gives me time in nature each day
Meditating and being still with myself
Cutting out refined sugar when I’m craving it
Replacing it with coconut sugar
Seriously taking responsibility for my finances
Being debt free
Saying no, instead of people pleasing
Setting a boundary and not feeling guilty about it
Admitting when it’s my fault and making an amends
Not blaming myself for things that aren’t truly my fault
Not taking on the responsibility for anyone else but myself
Saving my money
Giving myself the reminder that I always have a choice
Shifting my perspective to a loving, kind voice
Asking for help
Not being hard on myself
Releasing expectations and judgements on myself and others
Following my intuition
Speaking my truth
Knowing in each moment I have a choice - love or fear
Resting when my body is tense
Going to the doctor, dentist, chiropractor when my body needs it
Eating sauerkraut with each meal
These are just some of the ways I experience self love these days...
