Self Love For Me Now Is...

Self love for me now is: 

  • Showing up even when I don’t FEEL like it 

  • Sticking to my word 

  • Allowing my feelings to move through without judging or trying to fix/solve anything 

  • Not giving advice when I haven’t been asked for it 

  • Having a part time job

  • Surrendering and stop thinking I know a better way 

  • Praying for god’s will, not mine 

  • Building a routine and structure that gives me time in nature each day 

  • Meditating and being still with myself 

  • Cutting out refined sugar when I’m craving it 

  • Replacing it with coconut sugar 

  • Seriously taking responsibility for my finances 

  • Being debt free 

  • Saying no, instead of people pleasing 

  • Setting a boundary and not feeling guilty about it 

  • Admitting when it’s my fault and making an amends 

  • Not blaming myself for things that aren’t truly my fault 

  • Not taking on the responsibility for anyone else but myself 

  • Saving my money

  • Giving myself the reminder that I always have a choice 

  • Shifting my perspective to a loving, kind voice 

  • Asking for help 

  • Not being hard on myself 

  • Releasing expectations and judgements on myself and others 

  • Following my intuition 

  • Speaking my truth

  • Knowing in each moment I have a choice - love or fear

  • Resting when my body is tense

  • Going to the doctor, dentist, chiropractor when my body needs it 

  • Eating sauerkraut with each meal

These are just some of the ways I experience self love these days...
